Customers use our platform to book services such as beauty treatments, haircuts, massage therapy, cleaning, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, etc., all delivered in the comfort of their home and at a time of their choosing. We promise our customers a high-quality, standardized, and reliable service experience. To fulfill this promise, we work closely with our hand-picked service partners, enabling them with technology, training, products, tools, financing, insurance, and brand, helping them succeed and deliver on this promise.

Urban Company started as UrbanClap in November 2014, when its founders, Abhiraj, Raghav, and Varun, realized that the home services industry was predominantly unorganized, fragmented, and offline. Customers found it challenging to avail quality services conveniently, and service professionals were struggling to make ends meet, having to rely upon several middlemen, contractors, and local aggregators. The founders felt that the industry was ripe for disruption, and launched Urban Company, with three key principles in mind -

We are currently hiring for the following roles in our Gurgaon/Bangalore (on-site) locations: Levels and Experience:

- Sourcer (Contractual, 6 months - 1 year)

- TA Partner (Contractual, 1-3 years)

- Associate (2-4 yrs)

- Senior Associate (3-6 yrs)

What you’ll do:

• Own full life cycle of all assigned open non-tech roles, including ensuring accurate systems (ATS) administration, talent sourcing, pipeline building, offer discussions and onboarding.
• Enable the best possible hiring decisions by aligning expectations and advising hiring managers in hiring decision-making.
• Deliver stellar candidate experience by giving concrete feedback, ensuring appropriate handover of hired candidates to the pre-onboarding process.
• Participate in the team's Roadmap creation and management during yearly planning and quarterly & monthly reviews.
• Proactively communicate, collaborate, and adding value to the business through insights, expertise, and professionalism.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–10 years of TA experience with strong ownership of roles
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Comfort in ambiguity and high-growth environments
