Job Title: TA-Onboarding Manager
Location: Mumbai
Candidate Specification& Job Responsibilities
Candidate should have 8–12 years of experience in HR operations or onboarding delivery, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience managing US/UK region processes is preferred but any international region is needed.
Oversee the entire US onboarding process — from offer acceptance to day one readiness — ensuring timelines, compliance, and a positive candidate experience.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and client teams to ensure smooth onboarding transitions and issue resolution.
Lead and mentor a team of onboarding specialists, ensuring high-quality delivery, productivity, and adherence to SLAs.
Identify and implement automation, standardization, and process optimization opportunities
Ensure adherence to client and legal onboarding compliance, including background checks, I-9 verification, and document management.
Track and report onboarding performance metrics such as TAT, candidate satisfaction, and quality scores.
Handle escalations promptly, providing timely solutions to candidates and client partners.
Act as the key delivery point of contact for US onboarding operations, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Strong understanding of US onboarding processes, documentation, and compliance (I-9, E-Verify, background checks).
Experience in HRO / RPO / Global Talent Acquisition delivery. Someone from Service Industry.
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
Strong people management and coaching abilities.
Proven experience in process transformation, automation, and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS/ATS tools, and reporting dashboards.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Should be flexible with shfits.
