System Administrator

Menora Mivtachim is hiring a System Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure team!

We’re looking for a highly skilled and hands-on System Administrator with strong experience in Microsoft environments, both On-Prem and Cloud.

This role includes leading infrastructure projects, maintaining critical internal systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and working with enterprise-scale technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement Microsoft infrastructure projects
• Maintain and support critical organizational systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Work hands-on with enterprise IT environments and core infrastructure components
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure and IT teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT systems in Microsoft On-Prem and Cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with Azure and Microsoft 365
• Proven experience with:

o Active Directory

o ADFS

o DHCP

o IIS

o Certificate Authority (CA)

o Kerberos

• Experience with Virtualization technologies (advantage for Nutanix)
• Strong teamwork and service-oriented mindset

Advantage

• Experience writing scripts / automation
