Position – System Administrator Level 1
Location – Mumbai

You’ll be the go-to person for resolving technical issues, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring seamless connectivity across the organization. What You’ll Be Doing
IT Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide first-level support by diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues.
- Respond to user queries and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when required.
Infrastructure & Systems Management:
- Support and monitor IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability and performance.
- Assist in managing networking components for reliable connectivity.
- Perform system setups and deployments using AutoPilot, MDT, and manual installations.
Cloud & Endpoint Management:
- Administer Microsoft 365 (O365), Intune, and Entra Admin Center.
- Configure and manage endpoints using security tools such as Zscaler and CrowdStrike (or similar).
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
Collaboration & Tools:
- Set up and maintain video conferencing systems (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
- Assist in troubleshooting audio/video and connectivity issues during meetings.
Asset & Documentation Management:
- Track and manage IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory and lifecycle documentation.
- Maintain records of configurations, processes, and updates.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with IT team members to improve processes and enhance system efficiency.
- Contribute to ongoing IT initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra Admin Center.
- Familiarity with endpoint security tools (Zscaler, CrowdStrike, or similar).
- Experience with deployment tools such as AutoPilot and MDT.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, cloud).
- Proficiency with video conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset with a strong eagerness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Exposure to enterprise-level IT environments.
