SutiSoft - Manual & Automation Test Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Manual & Automation Test Engineer with 0- 2 years of experience; who can design, develop, and execute test plans to ensure product quality. The role involves strong analytical skills, hands-on testing experience, and the ability to work closely with the development team to deliver high-quality software products. Key Responsibilities Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create detailed test plans and test cases. Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, system, and integration testing. Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium/ Identify, log, and track defects in tools like JIRA/Bugzilla/Azure DevOps. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA leads to clarify requirements and resolve issues. Participate in test planning, estimation, and review meetings. Execute API testing using Postman/ REST Assured. Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks. Ensure high-quality releases by running automated regression suites. Prepare test reports and communicate test results effectively to stakeholders. Required Skills Manual Testing Skills : Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle. Experience in writing test cases, test scenarios, and test reports. Good understanding of functional, regression, and integration testing. Knowledge of database concepts and SQL queries for data validation. Automation Testing Skills : Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress). Good understanding of test automation frameworks (POM, Hybrid, Data-driven). Programming skills in Java/Python/JavaScript is required. Ability to debug automation scripts and maintain the test suite. Other Skills : 0- 2 years of relevant experience is required; internship is an added advantage to the candidates. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Good communication and documentation skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a proactive approach. Nice-to-Have Skills : Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure). Experience in version control systems like Git.
