Salary

£12.50 to £15.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

Hours

Flexible shifts including days, nights, sleep ins and weekends

Casual Bank

Essential Requirements

Minimum 6 months experience in health and social care

Experience supporting adults or children

Confidence managing challenging behaviour

Understanding of mental health and learning disabilities

Full right to work in the UK

Reliable, flexible and able to work across multiple services

The Role

Provide high quality support across a range of services

Support individuals with daily living tasks and routines

Work with service users with complex needs including challenging behaviour

Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing

Follow care plans and risk assessments

Maintain accurate records and reports

Work flexibly across different settings including residential and supported living
