Job Purpose/ Summary The Sales Representative based out of Jaipur is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies within the Mumbai region. This role involves actively prospecting potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting customized solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The individual will play a key role in expanding market share, contributing to the overall success of the company, and representing the brand in a professional and positive manner in all interactions with clients and prospects. Job Title Support Hospitality Sales Flooring Job Description As a Deputy Manager in the Hospitality Sales Flooring department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the hospitality sector by leveraging your product knowledge and market intelligence. You will be expected to maintain a customer-centric approach, effectively negotiate deals, and manage channel partners to ensure sales targets are met. You will also be responsible for demand planning and forecasting to ensure product availability aligns with market demand. Principal Accountabilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or market segment. Utilize market intelligence to understand market trends and competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings and stay updated with new product launches. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers while managing and overseeing the sales process. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Manage channel partners for product distribution. Ensure customer-centricity in all business dealings, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Use Salesforce efficiently for tracking sales and customer data. Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal teams. Display a global mindset, business acumen, and entrepreneurial spirit to drive business growth. Manage and resolve conflicts within the team, ensuring a harmonious work environment. Use analytical thinking for problem-solving and decision-making. Manage project resources effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain strong relationships with customers, managing their needs and expectations effectively. Lead and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
