Role Description The Logistic Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the daily movement of goods from farmers and suppliers to warehouses and customers. Key tasks include managing inventory levels, optimizing routes and transportation schedules, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries. The Logistic Expert will collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and customer service teams to maintain product quality and minimize delays or losses. The role also involves monitoring logistics performance metrics, resolving operational issues, and implementing improvements to support KiWi Kisan Window’s focus on freshness and quality.
Qualifications
  • Strong Supply Chain Management skills, including inventory management and logistics coordination.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, optimize routes, and improve processes using Key Performance Indicators.
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with farmers, internal teams, and service providers.
  • Customer Service orientation to ensure reliable deliveries and a positive experience for end customers.
  • Experience with transportation management, warehouse operations, and basic ERP or logistics software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dehradun, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Knowledge of agricultural or food supply chains and local Indian sourcing networks is an advantage.
