Job Description:

1) Job Purpose:

Build and run end‑to‑end analytics pipelines (Power BI, Python/SQL, SAP IBP) to produce accurate, automated, and scalable insights for Supply Chain Solutions.

The purpose of this role is to enable data-driven decision-making by applying analytics and data science techniques to business and supply chain problems. The Manager will build end to end analytics solutions that transform complex datasets into meaningful insights, reports, and predictive analyses that support planning, performance improvement, and strategic initiatives.

The role acts as a bridge between data, technology, and business, leveraging tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, and Excel, with preferred exposure to SAP IBP, to enhance visibility, optimize supply chain outcomes, and improve overall operational efficiency

3) Job Context & Major Challenges:

Ø Design, Develop and automate Dashboards, reports and analytical Models
Ø Use Python and SQL to clean Process, analyse and run large data sets
Ø Data quality: run checks (completeness, duplicates, outliers) and reconcile to SAP/SharePoint/Excel sources.
Ø Own the analytics tech stack (MS-Excel, Power BI, Python/R); build, publish, and maintain MIS dashboards for business insights.
Ø Ensure data accuracy, consistency and governance
Ø Work with IT Team to automate data pipelines, refresh schedules, and deployment.
Ø Partner with Supply Chain, Planning and operation teams to work on analytical solutions and projects of strategic interest
Ø Understand business requirements and translate them into intelligence reports and analytics tools.
Good to have: AI/ML exposure (anomaly detection, basic forecasting), supply chain knowledge and hands-on SAP IBP experience.
Ensuring consistent, accurate, and reliable data across SAP IBP, ERP.
Enabling users to adopt analytics tools, dashboards, and IBP-driven planning processes through training.

Reliable, production-grade monitoring & analytics reports; on-time enhancements; stable automations

Build and update reports; keep data models/DAX clean; set refresh schedules; monitor and fix failures fast; work with IT Team to automate and deploy; keep runbooks and rollback plans.

Stakeholder Management (requirements tools/reports)

Mock Ups/UAT for Digital and Analytics solution; publish release notes; keep a visible, prioritized backlog.

Data Integrity & Sanity (masters & cleaning)

Run checks for missing, duplicate, or odd values; reconcile with SAP/SharePoint/Excel; keep master data updated with change control; keep data dictionary and lineage updated; track data issues and close them quickly.
