The Supply Chain team has an opening for a Supply Chain Analyst at our Gandhinagar office, India. This position reports to the Manager of Supply Chain. This role will be responsible for analyzing day-to-day supply chain issues and strategizing permanent improvement. This role will work closely with Supply chain analytics and system teams and will help drive continuous system improvement projects. The successful candidate must have good understanding of key supply chain functions, and hands-on experience in analyzing complex issues & must possess an understanding of supply chain operations.

Job Description
Analyze supply chain key performance indicators and device actionable plans to resolve ongoing issues and identify permanent resolution steps
- Interface with senior management independently and provide regular performance updates
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytical models and dashboards
- Provide data driven insights that support scenario analysis, risk assessment, and strategic planning
- Define, measure, and report on supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive operational and strategic outcomes
- Identify process gaps cross functionally and provide insights to management for tactical or strategic improvements
- Work self-directed and independently; and be a subject matter Expert
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve decision making and enhance end-to-end supply chain performance.
- BE/ME equivalent degree with 2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain analytics and production planning/capacity planning
- A flexible, pragmatic, and collaborative team player with innate ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in the organization
- Hands on knowledge of SQL / PLSQL
- Competency with data analysis and statistical tools, including Python or R
- Proficiency in dashboard development and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView)
- Experience with Supply Chain Modeling and Planning Systems (e.g., Blue Yonder, Kinaxis)
- Experience working with MES/ERP systems, such as SAP
