Job Overview

managing and analyzing data related to design projects and facility operations within DP World Facility and Projects Management department . as well as creating detailed technical drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software, as well as This role is crucial in various in keeping and maintaining well organized documents relevant to facility department and development.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Drafting:

Develop detailed 2D and 3D designs and layouts using CAD software.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to gather product and structural requirements.

Ensure that final designs comply with industry standards and regulations.

Data Collection and Management:

Gather data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Maintain and update databases and data systems

Ensure data integrity and security Qualifications

Collect, manage, and analyze data related to facility operations and projects

Maintain databases of all CAD drawings and related documentation

Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the design process

Administrative Duties:

Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Solid works )

Coding background

Professionals in MS office

Knowledge with dashboards, PowerBI and office 365 suites
