Role Description The Supervisor role at XpressBees is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the Supervisor oversees daily logistics operations, including parcel handling, dispatch, route planning, and adherence to delivery timelines. This position manages and guides team members on the shop floor, ensures compliance with company processes and safety standards, and monitors performance metrics such as throughput, accuracy, and service quality. The Supervisor coordinates with cross-functional teams, addresses operational issues, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role also includes reporting on operational performance, maintaining documentation, and ensuring that resources and equipment are effectively utilized.
Qualifications

  • Strong operational and logistics management skills, including experience in supervising warehouse or delivery center activities.
  • People management capabilities, such as team leadership, shift planning, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
  • Basic data and reporting skills, including using spreadsheets or logistics systems to track volumes, productivity, and service levels.
  • Process and quality-focused mindset, with the ability to implement standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams, partners, and vendors.
  • Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain operations is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field is an advantage.
