To ensure smooth warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing organizations procedures and protocols.

Job Description
Plan, manage, and optimize Logistics Operations.

Coordinate with carriers & Transport providers.

New Logistics Vendor development.

Ensure on-time deliveries while controlling transportation costs.

Optimize Logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Manage Customer and Sales escalations regarding delays and transport issues and resolve the same.

Optimize routes, loads, and delivery schedules

Ensure compliance with transportation laws and safety regulations

Track transportation KPIs and prepare performance reports.

Lead, train, and evaluate logistics staff and warehouse personnel.

Principal Accountabilities
Ensure the smooth execution of warehousing and distribution operations by implementing and enforcing organizational procedures and protocolsbr Oversee supply planning design and ensure the translation of functional business processes into SAP Standard Operating Procedures and reportsbr Evaluate opportunities for improved efficiencies and ways of working within SAP to enhance operational effectivenessbr Prepare and analyze monthly and annual reports regarding Supply Chain Planning performance to identify trends and areas for improvementbr Contribute to the validation maintenance and creation of Supply Chain Planning master data to ensure data accuracy and reliabilitybr Develop frameworks and drive targeted analytics to support decisionmaking and strategic planningbr Provide comprehensive daily weekly and monthly reporting including the development and maintenance of existing reports to ensure accurate and timely information dissemination
