Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Thrissur for a Study Abroad Head. The selected individual will oversee and manage study abroad operations, develop strategies to expand international education opportunities, and provide customized guidance to students seeking higher education overseas. The role involves counseling students, collaborating with universities and academic institutions, ensuring compliance with visa and admission processes, and leading a team to achieve organizational goals.

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Excellent counseling and mentorship abilities, with a focus on student success
• Proficiency in international education procedures, visa applications, and admission processes
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning expertise
• Familiarity with study abroad programs and partnerships with global academic institutions
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in international education are advantageous
• Experience in similar roles or in managing study abroad programs is preferred
