SD Campus is seeking a full-time Studio Operator to join our on-site team in Ghaziabad. The Studio Operator will manage studio operations, including recording, editing, and live-streaming educational video content. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining audio-visual equipment, ensuring high-quality sound and video production, coordinating with educators, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining equipment inventory. The role also involves collaborating with the content team to deliver exceptional educational materials that align with the organization’s standards.

• Experience with audio-visual equipment setup and operation, including cameras, microphones, and lighting systems
• Proficiency in video recording, editing software, and streaming platforms
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for technical issues
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with educators and content teams
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain equipment inventory and studio schedules
• Experience in the education or Ed-Tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Communications, or a related field preferred, but equivalent practical experience is also valued
