We’re hiring Student Advisors for ALLEN Digital, one of India’s leading education brands.

As a Student Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, guiding them through program discovery, resolving queries, and supporting them throughout the admissions journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Student Guidance & Counselling: Involves understanding student goals, explaining program offerings, addressing concerns and objections.

• Admissions & Enrolment Support: Ensuring applications are completed accurately, guiding students through documentation and payment processes.

• Sales & Relationship Management: Connecting with prospective students through calls, follow-ups, emails, and other outreach channels.

What We’re Looking For:

0-4 years of experience in counselling, admissions, inside sales, customer success, or other student/customer-facing roles.

Freshers with strong communication skills, empathy, a people-first mindset, and an interest in sales and counselling are encouraged to apply.
