About the Role

As a SIP Abacus Teacher, you'll help children develop mental math skills, concentration, and confidence through the proven abacus methodology. You'll be part of a supportive team dedicated to student success.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Classroom Management

Conduct engaging online and offline classes as scheduled
Follow the SIP curriculum and lesson plans to deliver effective sessions
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and interactive learning environment
Conduct compensation and extra classes when needed


Student Development

Monitor each student's progress and provide personalized feedback
Motivate students to practice regularly for improved speed and accuracy
Share progress updates with the Center Head and management

Training & Growth

Complete all required GMC training levels
Attend workshops and upskilling sessions to stay current with teaching methods
