Role Overview
The Client Relationship Specialist focuses on delivering highly personalized mentoring and oneon-one counselling to help students make confident academic and career decisions, while also
supporting enrolment goals through structured guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth one-on-one counselling sessions to understand each student’s goals,
strengths, and preferences.
Provide personalized mentoring plans tailored to individual academic and career
aspirations.
Guide students step-by-step through the counselling and admission journey.
Recommend best-fit colleges, courses, and pathways aligned with each student’s profile.
Build strong mentor–student relationships to ensure trust, clarity, and long-term
engagement.
Track student progress and counselling outcomes to improve guidance quality and
conversions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure students receive accurate information and
seamless support.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree (any discipline).
2–4 years of experience in sales, counselling, or client-facing roles (preferred).
Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service or counselling experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of NEET UG/PG processes is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Excel, research, and presentation skills.
