Role

Provide expert guidance on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols to prevent injuries during training sessions.
Collaborate with other fitness professionals and health experts to create holistic wellness plans that incorporate nutrition and lifestyle changes.
Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals through personalized coaching and support.
Stay updated with the latest sports science research and fitness trends to continuously improve program effectiveness.
Lead group training sessions and workshops, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
Assist in the promotion of Cult.Fit’s brand and values by participating in community events and fitness challenges.

Qualifications

Certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) or equivalent certification.
Proven experience as a strength and conditioning trainer or in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
Knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and injury prevention.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
A passion for fitness and a commitment to helping clients achieve their health goals.
