Role Overview

The Program Coordinator will play a key role in admissions, participant engagement and program coordination.

The role involves interacting with prospective participants, supporting enrollments, and ensuring a smooth experience for program participants.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Sales

• Speak with prospective participants
• Explain program structure and benefits
• Follow up with leads
• Convert inquiries into enrollments

Program Coordination

• Manage batch communication
• Coordinate sessions and schedules
• Support trainers and participants

Participant Success

• Track participant progress
• Ensure engagement in the program
• Handle participant queries

Administration

• Maintain CRM / participant database
• Prepare reports on admissions and batch performance

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

Requirements

• Graduate (BBA / BCom / BA) or MBA
• 0–2 years experience
• Excellent communication in English, Marathi and Hindi
• Comfortable with phone calls and participant interaction
• Good organisational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
