Role Overview :

Lead strategic planning and operational execution across the organization. This role involves driving key business initiatives, improving processes, and ensuring alignment between strategy and day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing ?

• Define and drive company-wide strategic priorities and growth initiatives
• Identify and implement industry disrupting initiatives
• Lead cross-functional projects from strategy to execution
• Take well thought out decisions with limited data and in ambiguous environments 
• Team leadership

What we're looking for ?

• 7-15 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or similar roles
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and teams
• Location: From our Delhi office
