Job Description
Location: IITM Research Park, Taramani, Chennai
Experience: 7+ Years
We are looking for an Operations Administrator to strengthen our operational backbone by managing procurement coordination, vendor ecosystems, licensing compliance, and cross-team operational workflows.
This role will work closely with technology, finance, and administrative teams to ensure smooth execution of operational processes and cost-efficient business operations.
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Coordinate procurement activities and support vendor onboarding and management
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality and delivery standards
- Assist in procurement planning for operational and platform requirements
VR Skill Lab (VRSL) Operations
- Support procurement and operational coordination for the VR Skill Lab ecosystem
- Ensure smooth integration between vendors, platforms, and internal teams
Cost & Budget Coordination
- Track operational expenses and assist with cost monitoring
- Identify opportunities to optimize vendor spending and operational costs
- Support operational budgeting and financial tracking
Licensing & Compliance
- Maintain records of software, hardware, and platform licenses
- Ensure compliance with licensing policies and renewal timelines
Inter-Team Communication
- Act as a coordination point between technology, finance, procurement, and admin teams
- Ensure operational updates and procurement progress are communicated across departments
✔ 7+ years of experience in Operations, Procurement, or Administrative Coordination
✔ Experience working with vendors, procurement processes, and operational systems
✔ Strong inter-departmental communication and coordination skills
✔ Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement tools, or operational dashboards
✔ Ability to manage multiple operational workflows efficiently
