Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement high-impact business cases to drive profitable growth.
2. Lead India’s solution-based corporate strategy using market analysis and STP.
3. Drive strategic programs and transformation initiatives for executive decision-making.
4. Establish governance dashboards, KPIs, and execution tracking mechanisms.
5. Support business development and target-selling initiatives aligned to strategy.
6. Build and mentor a high-performing corporate strategy team.

Key Requirements

1. Engineering graduate with MBA from a premier institute.
2. 7–10 years of experience in management consulting and corporate strategy.
3. Proven expertise in growth strategy, market entry, and strategic planning.
4. Strong experience in strategy implementation and transformation.
5. Demonstrated profitability improvement and P&L impact.
6. Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and scenario planning capabilities.
7. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
