Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Characterization of innovator packaging samples for small volume, large volume parenteral and Ophthalmic products.
  • Performing technical studies, device testing, and product characterization as per ASTM, ISO, USP and other applicable international standards for drug–device combination products.
  • Development of primary and secondary packaging materials for small volume, large volume parenteral and Ophthalmic products.
  • Preparation and approval of Packaging material specifications, SOP and STP.
  • Preparation and approval of Master packaging records and Pack style for small volume, large volume parenteral and Ophthalmic products.
  • Technical support for Primary and active secondary packaging related activities for the entire product life cycle to all cross functional team like QC, QA, ARD, RA and PD for day to day activities.
  • Finalization of packaging configuration for exhibit batch packaging and intended pack style as per product requirement.
  • Technical Supporting to the RA, RA-labeling team for the regulatory submissions.
  • All other tasks assigned by department head.

Qualifications

Masters / Diploma in Packaging Development
