Strategy Consultant

We're looking for Strategy Consultants!

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and application landscapes to identify improvement opportunities and operational gaps
• Document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes using process maps, workflow diagrams, and industry-standard methodologies
• Conduct process assessments, gap analysis, and heatmap evaluations to support business transformation initiatives
• Develop implementation roadmaps and recommend strategies to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and business outcomes
• Evaluate business cases and estimate the potential value and return on investment (ROI) for process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to gather requirements and define transformation objectives
• Support digital transformation programs by aligning business processes with enterprise technology solutions
• Work with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and implement best practices across business functions
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions to achieve project objectives
• Prepare process documentation, business reports, presentations, and executive summaries for project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, identify implementation risks, and recommend mitigation strategies throughout the transformation lifecycle
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and operational excellence
• Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new business processes and solutions

• Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
