This is a full-time remote role for a Strategic Sales Specialist. The Strategic Sales Specialist will identify new business opportunities, maintain and manage client accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored virtual staffing solutions. The individual will implement sales strategies, manage sales pipelines, conduct client outreach, and build strong relationships to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Strong Communication and Account Management skills, including the ability to engage with clients and maintain lasting relationships.
- Experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations to drive revenue and streamline sales processes.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while demonstrating attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
