The Community You Will Join Airbnb is seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Lead for India , reporting to the Country Manager, India and Southeast Asia. This role requires office presence in Gurugram, India.In this role, you will lead the strategic business partnerships mandate in the territory and collaborate closely with the Business, Supply, Product Marketing, Finance and Legal functions across India, regional offices and Headquarters in San Francisco. The partnerships lead s will manage and develop strategic partnerships, foster business relationships with partners, and oversee a partner-focused ecosystem. Key responsibilities include identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and ensuring the continuous growth of partnerships to enhance Airbnb?s offerings and market reach. The Difference You Will Make Lead business development initiatives in alignment with global brand and partnership guidelines Identify opportunities for establishing partnerships that support our business goals Model financial and long term strategic impact in collaboration with strategic finance Ensure excellent execution and management via seamless coordination across functions Build and maintain relationships and pipeline with potential partners Effectively communicate and discuss with cross functional teams internally on potential opportunities. Your Experience 12+ years of experience in partnership related roles (e.g. Business Development, Partner Management, Growth) for consumer tech companies Experience working with government bodies, entertainment, media and real estate partners are a plus Proven track record of delivering growth initiatives that drive measurable business value at optimal budgets Solid strategic and critical thinking skills - ability to connect dots and proactively develop proposals and solutions Strong data analysis and modelling skills, basic data science skills are a plus Robust business acumen with expertise in market research, and trend analysis to proactively identify growth and partnership opportunities Proven ability to engage and influence executive leadership Adept at cultivating lasting relationships with new and existing partners Able to deal with complexity and adapt to changing business priorities Strong project management and communication skills Our Commitment To Inclusion & Belonging Airbnb is committed to working with the broadest talent pool possible.
