Business Growth Partner | Samarthya Leadership Labs

We are looking for an experienced Business Growth Partner to help expand our corporate learning and leadership consulting practice.

This is not a conventional sales role. We are looking for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships and creating opportunities for impactful capability development.

Who we're looking for:

* 5+ years of experience in B2B corporate sales, HR consulting, L&D, or business development.
* Strong network among HR, L&D, CXOs, Plant Heads, or business leaders.
* Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Passion for creating business opportunities rather than simply closing transactions.
