Key Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers.
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the transaction process.
  • Coordinate documentation and support successful deal closures.
  • Develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
  • Represent Rykaar Real Estate professionally and uphold the company's brand values.
  • Work closely with management to achieve monthly and quarterly business goals.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • .Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • .Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • .Passion for sales, business development, and customer service
  • .Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets
  • .Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
  • .Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler and willingness to travel for client meetings is preferred
  • .Prior experience in real estate, sales, hospitality, banking, insurance, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory
