Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the transaction process.
- Coordinate documentation and support successful deal closures.
- Develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Represent Rykaar Real Estate professionally and uphold the company's brand values.
- Work closely with management to achieve monthly and quarterly business goals.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- .Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- .Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- .Passion for sales, business development, and customer service
- .Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets
- .Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
- .Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler and willingness to travel for client meetings is preferred
- .Prior experience in real estate, sales, hospitality, banking, insurance, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory
Compensation & Benefits
