Oversee daily restaurant operations for effective execution
Maintain exceptional standards in service, food quality, and cleanliness
Manage, train, and develop team members for optimum performance
Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless order fulfillment
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction
Monitor inventory levels and place timely orders for supplies
Prepare and analyze performance reports to enhance productivity
Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: A minimum of 1-3 years experience in restaurant supervision or management.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Restaurant Management, Inventory Management; strong communication and leadership abilities; capable of being a team player and motivating staff.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee day-to-day operations, maintain high-quality customer service, manage inventory, train and supervise staff, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requires weekend, holiday, and evening work.
