The Store Manager for Yousta, a premium brand of Reliance, is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing store operations in key locations including Delhi, NCR, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad and Noida. This full-time role requires a maximum of 8 years of work experience. The Store Manager is crucial in driving retail sales, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and managing store teams.
Qualifications And Skills
Demonstrated expertise in retail operations with the ability to manage daily store activities effectively (Mandatory skill).
Proven skills in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shortages (Mandatory skill).
Strong visual merchandising capabilities to enhance store displays and attract customers (Mandatory skill).
Effective team management experience, fostering a proactive and high-performance environment.
In-depth understanding of retail sales strategies and the ability to achieve sales targets consistently.

Analyze sales reports to identify trends and develop action plans for improvement.
Enhance visual merchandising in-store to drive customer engagement and sales.
Deliver excellent customer service, resolving issues swiftly and professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
