- Staff Training: Expertise in onboarding, mentoring, and developing staff to maintain high levels of product knowledge and excellent customer service standards throughout the team.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring high standards of operational efficiency and adherence to reliability protocols and company procedures.
- Drive superior customer service by actively engaging with customers, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding customer expectations at all times.
- Lead, train, and develop the store team to foster a positive work environment and maximize individual and team performance.
- Implement and maintain effective visual merchandising standards, ensuring store displays are attractive and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, inventory levels, and market trends to optimize sales performance and achieve monthly and annual store targets.
- Ensure smooth operation and compliance of POS systems, manage cash handling, and ensure end-of-day reconciliation accuracy.
- Coordinate with regional management, vendors, and support teams to ensure timely product replenishment and adherence to promotional strategies.
- Uphold and enforce store policies regarding staff conduct, health, safety, and compliance, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for all.
