Role Overview
We are looking for a highly execution driven Social Media Executive who can manage end-to-end social media content production and publishing.
This role requires someone who is extremely hands-on with design tools and capable of producing 30–40 social media creatives daily under tight timelines. You will conceptualize, design, caption, and publish content independently across platforms while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
This is a production heavy role suited for someone comfortable working at speed while maintaining high design quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Content Creation
- Design and produce 30–40 social media creatives daily including:
- Static posts
- Carousels
- GIFs
- Infographics
- Short-form videos and motion creatives
- Translate marketing inputs into visually compelling, platform-ready creatives.
- Write engaging captions and social copy aligned with brand voice and audience.
- Create high quality assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma or similar tools/softwares.
- Produce and edit short form videos for social media.
- Repurpose long form content (reports, blogs, insights) into engaging social media formats.
- Publish content across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
- Optimize posts with hashtags, tagging, caption structure, and platform best practices.
- Maintain content calendars and posting schedules across multiple business units.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, etc.) for copywriting, ideation, and creative acceleration.
- Leverage AI tools to increase efficiency in creative output and reduce turnaround time.
- Monitor conversations, comments, and mentions to identify engagement opportunities and potential risks.
- Track competitor activity and emerging content trends.
- Track content performance and prepare monthly social media reports.
- Provide insights on content performance, engagement trends, and optimization opportunities.
Creative Production Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
- Ability to design high-quality social media creatives at speed.
- Experience creating statics, carousels, GIFs, and short-form video content.
- Deep understanding of social media formats, algorithms, and engagement tactics.
- Ability to create, caption, publish, and optimize posts independently.
- Comfortable producing high volumes of creatives under strict deadlines.
- Ability to maintain design quality and brand consistency at scale.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation and ideation.
- Familiarity with video editing and motion tools is a strong advantage.
- Experience working in digital or social media agencies.
- Strong visual storytelling and content instincts.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced content environment.
