🕒 Shift: 10:30 AM–7:00 PM / 11:30 AM–8:00 PM

📅 Working Days: 26 Days/Month

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. If you have retail management experience and enjoy driving sales while managing store operations, we'd love to hear from you.

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting.
• Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability and operational support.

• 1–2 years of experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Retail Store Supervisor.
• Strong retail sales and customer handling skills.
• Experience in inventory and stock management.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and on weekends when required.
