Kusvaa is a women-led premium fashion brand celebrating India's textile heritage — traditional crafts, transparent product stories, and silhouettes that bridge classic and contemporary. With stores across five cities (and more opening soon), we're looking for someone who can run our offline retail engine from our Gurugram HQ.

The Role

Based in Gurugram, you'll own end-to-end operations for our physical stores across Delhi, Gurugram, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, and Vadodara — managing remotely from HQ, with travel to stores as needed.

What you'll do:
- Drive store performance — sales targets, conversion, and customer experience metrics across all locations
- Build and enforce SOPs for daily operations, opening/closing, cash handling, and audits
- Coordinate inventory, replenishment, and stock accuracy with the warehouse and merchandising teams
- Support store staffing — hiring coordination, training, rosters, and performance reviews with store leads
- Uphold visual merchandising and brand standards in every store
- Lead operational setup for new store launches as we expand

Who you are:
- 3–6 years in retail operations, ideally in fashion or lifestyle retail
- Experience in ethnic wear / Indian wear brands strongly preferred
- Multi-store coordination or store management experience
- Strong with numbers — comfortable with store KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
- Comfortable coordinating remotely with store teams and travelling when needed
- Someone who cares about craft, people, and doing things properly

Location: Gurugram (on-site) | Salary Band: ₹50,000–60,000/month | Reports to: Founder's Office / Leadership
