Store Manager – Gurgaon

ORNAZ is an aspirational premium diamond jewellery brand specializing in natural diamond engagement rings and fine jewellery. As we expand our retail presence, we are looking for a strong Store Manager to lead our Gurgaon location.

The Store Manager will be responsible for driving store revenue, managing high-ticket consultative jewellery sales, leading the sales team, and ensuring an exceptional luxury customer experience aligned with ORNAZ standards.

• Drive monthly and quarterly store sales targets and conversions
• Handle premium client interactions and support closing of high-value purchases
• Deliver a personalized, consultative buying experience for engagement and milestone jewellery
• Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the in-store sales team
• Ensure strong follow-ups on leads, orders, and delivery commitments
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and central teams for smooth order execution
• Oversee inventory checks, billing accuracy, and store compliance

• 3–7 years of retail experience (jewellery, luxury, or premium retail preferred)
• Experience in natural diamond jewellery sales or high-value retail transactions
• Strong client handling, relationship-building, and sales closing ability
• Experience managing store teams and owning revenue targets
• Comfortable with CRM systems, billing software, and reporting
