Role: Store Manager
Reporting to: Area Manager / Senior Area Manager
CTC: 5 LPA
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations, sales targets APC
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene SOP compliance
Handle staff scheduling, training attendance
Monitor inventory, stock indents wastage control
Resolve customer complaints maintain service standards
Conduct daily team briefings maintain log books
Requirements
Diploma in Hotel Management / BHM (Fresher) OR 12th/Graduate with 3 months2 years in FB retail as RM/ARM/Shift In-Charge
Strong customer service team handling skills
