Position Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Packaging Designer to lead the development of our packaging solutions. This role will play a crucial part in translating our brand identity into compelling packaging designs that stand out on shelves and resonate with our consumers. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and functional packaging designs, and experience working within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packaging Design: Lead the creation of packaging concepts from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market trends. Provide creative direction and oversee the design process.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to understand product requirements, target audience, and logistical considerations.
• Trend Analysis: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform design strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Sustainability Focus: Develop packaging solutions that are environmentally friendly and align with our sustainability goals, exploring innovative materials and processes.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers and manufacturers.
• Quality Control: Oversee the production process to ensure design integrity and resolve any issues that arise during production. Ensure all packaging meets regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-4+ years of experience in packaging design, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of packaging designs and innovative solutions.
• Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D rendering tools. Strong understanding of packaging materials and production processes.
