- Experience in store management, merchandising, and retail operations, applying industry best practices to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, driving results, engagement, and operational discipline in a dynamic retail environment.
- Demonstrated competency in visual merchandising, ensuring brand standards, attractive displays, and engaging shopping environments to drive sales.
- Proficiency in handling fashion retail merchandise, including apparel, accessories, and high-volume inventory management within a multi-store network.
- Experience in multi-store operations, optimizing processes, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency across various retail outlets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service, resolve queries, and foster positive relationships with customers and staff.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, monitor key performance indicators, and implement strategies that enhance sales and operational results.
- Solid understanding of store operations requirements including sales planning, inventory management, cash handling, loss prevention, and compliance with company policies.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced retail environments, manage diverse priorities, and quickly resolve operational challenges to sustain store performance.
- Lead the overall functioning of the Ed A Mamma store at Hyderabad Kukatpally, ensuring adherence to store standards and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Drive team performance by setting clear objectives, providing on-the-job training, and implementing robust workflows for excellence in daily store operations.
- Coordinate visual merchandising initiatives to achieve brand consistency, optimize product placement, and create compelling displays in line with current fashion trends.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, replenishment, and cash handling for a seamless retail experience.
- Analyze store sales and footfall data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement actionable plans to drive top-line and bottom-line growth.
- Implement and monitor stock control processes, minimize shrinkage, and ensure proper tracking of store assets and product lifecycles.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships by handling queries, addressing feedback, and ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery.
- Liaise with multi-store operation teams, category managers, and support functions to ensure business targets and operational KPIs are met effectively.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coach team members on selling techniques and operational best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
