We are seeking a Store Incharge for our Bail Hongal location. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and overseeing store staff. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and leading the team to achieve sales targets. The candidate will also analyze sales data, implement merchandising strategies, and ensure the store environment is welcoming and organized.

• Experience in inventory management, stock control, and logistics coordination
• Skills in team management, leadership, and staff coordination
• Proficiency in customer service and handling customer queries
• Basic understanding of budgeting, sales forecasting, and performance analysis
• Ability to ensure compliance with operational standards and safety guidelines
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Previous retail management experience is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred
• Comfortable working on-site in Bail Hongal
