Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Incharge to oversee our warehouse and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing store operations using ERP systems, ensuring smooth material flow and accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods.

Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP software and perform regular stock audits.

Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

Supervise and train store staff to maintain efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

Implement best practices for storage, material handling, and inventory control.

Prepare reports on stock levels, consumption, discrepancies, and other store-related activities for management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to storage and handling.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience in store management, preferably in a rubber molding or manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management tools.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Good communication skills to coordinate with various departments.

Knowledge of safety procedures and storage best practices.

Preferred:

Experience with material handling equipment and warehouse management.

Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
