Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Assistant based in Coimbatore. The Store Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, processing sales transactions, organizing and maintaining inventory, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and tidy. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, supporting retail operations, and assisting in training new staff members as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively assist customers and address their inquiries
• Experience in Retail Sales and proficiency in promoting and selling products to meet customer needs
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage inventory, restocking, and store upkeep
• Capability to assist in Training and onboarding new team members
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a customer-focused attitude
• Basic knowledge or interest in electronic components is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail is a plus
