Role Description The Steward at The Vikram’s Kitchen plays a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining and kitchen environment. Daily responsibilities include setting up and clearing tables, assisting with serving food and beverages, and supporting the kitchen team with basic preparation and cleaning tasks. The Steward ensures hygiene standards are followed, manages dishwashing and utensil cleaning, and helps with inventory of service items. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, requiring flexible availability during peak service hours and events.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills with a friendly, helpful approach to guests.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with kitchen and service teams.
- Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and service standards.
- Experience or willingness to participate in Training related to hygiene, safety, and service protocols.
- Understanding of Food Service procedures, including table setup, clearing, and dishwashing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light to moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to cleanliness, detail, and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is an advantage; basic education and ability to follow instructions are required.
