The group also operates Mag St. Bread Co. through several cloud kitchens, and delivery brands like Iktara for North Indian comfort food and LoudMouth for bold, flavor-focused bowls and wraps. Magazine St. Kitchen serves as a culinary venue for pop-ups and workshops by renowned chefs, while The Table Farm in Alibaug supplies fresh produce to the restaurants. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Steward role based in Mumbai. The Steward will support daily back-of-house operations, including cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to maintain hygiene standards. Responsibilities include dishwashing, handling and organizing crockery, cutlery, glassware, and cookware, and ensuring proper storage according to safety guidelines. The Steward will assist with basic food service setup, replenishing service stations, and waste segregation and disposal in line with environmental and safety policies. The role also involves coordinating with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations during preparation, service, and closing shifts.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen and service teams and support a positive guest experience
- Food & Beverage and Food Service knowledge to follow hygiene, safety, and handling standards in a professional hospitality environment
- Ability to participate in and benefit from Training programs focused on cleanliness, food safety, and operational procedures
- Basic understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and occupational safety standards in kitchens and dishwashing areas
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry supplies, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience as a steward, kitchen helper, or similar role in hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory
- Reliability, punctuality, and a respectful, team-oriented approach to working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
