B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, Robotics, Computer Science, Education or related STEM disciplines

Job description

Design structured teacher training programs aligned with NEP and STEM education frameworks
Develop bootcamps, certification pathways, and teacher professional development modules
Conduct teacher training workshops and mock classroom sessions
Provide academic coordination and support for program implementation
Mentor teachers during classroom rollout and provide structured feedback
Develop training resources, facilitator manuals, and implementation guides
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for seamless execution
Contribute to program monitoring, reporting, and documentation
Ability to facilitate long-term teacher training programs and bootcamps.
Willingness to travel across India as required
Ability to handle and demonstrate STEM hardware kits
