Job Title: Last mile station support associate

Location: Rampurhat, Birbhum

Job description: Handle back-office operation through team activity which includes return shipment management, return shipment verification and quality check through app before RTO (Return to origin), Follow up with delivery associates for timely submission of shipments, look after timely RTO process to avoid ageing and network loss, help to maintain station operational hygiene and performance.

Job Experience: Work experience for 2+ years in last mile logistics/hub operations as associate or supervisor.

Salary: As per current payout or job experience.
