Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional resolutions to customer concerns
- Update and maintain customer records, interactions, and case details in the CRM system
- Track customer requests and ensure timely follow-ups until resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer communications
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service
- Meet assigned response time, productivity, and customer service KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems is preferred.
- Good problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
