Key Responsibilities


  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and professional resolutions to customer concerns
  • Update and maintain customer records, interactions, and case details in the CRM system
  • Track customer requests and ensure timely follow-ups until resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer communications
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service
  • Meet assigned response time, productivity, and customer service KPIs


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Good problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
