Station Manager

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Station Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at our transportation hub. This pivotal role involves ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance across all station activities, while fostering a positive environment for team members and customers alike. As the face of the station, you will coordinate logistics, manage staff, and uphold regulatory standards to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

Duties:

• Supervise daily station operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies
• Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation to optimize workflow and meet operational targets
• Ensure compliance with FAR Part 121 regulations and Federal Aviation Regulations governing aviation safety and operations
• Lead and motivate station staff, providing training, performance feedback, and development opportunities
• Oversee security procedures, including access control, CCTV monitoring, and incident response
• Conduct detailed analysis of operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Manage heavy lifting tasks safely when required for equipment or cargo handling

Requirements:

• Five (5) years Airline / Aviation experience in leadership and management roles.
• Experience managing multiple airline accounts.
• Ramp experience is a must, preferably both passenger and cargo. Experience also managing and leading above the wing and cabin cleaning teams is a bonus.
• Operational and labor force scheduling expertise.
• A basic level of business acumen.
• P&L and budget management.
• Operator knowledge of ground support equipment.
• Team building
• Knowledge of safety, training, and compliance requirements in aviation.
• Driven with station ownership and accountability.
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work any time of day, any day of the week and holidays, based on operational needs.
