Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, chat, and walk-in support.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English while handling customer interactions.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team or department for timely resolution.
- Perform follow-up communication with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Offer knowledgeable support regarding company products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through friendly and professional engagement.
- Maintain accurate registers for inward and outward correspondence as per company procedures.
- Perform additional administrative duties and tasks assigned by management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for handling correspondence and administrative duties.
- Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Shall commensurate with skills, experience, and market trends.
