The Opportunity:

Are you someone who loves solving complex design problems and crafting seamless user experiences? Join Playo as a Senior UI/UX Designer and take ownership of designing impactful, user-centered products used by millions. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape intuitive and engaging experiences across the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design processes from research to final delivery
• Translate product requirements into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
• Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams
• Use data and analytics to improve and iterate user experiences
• Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency
• Advocate for User-Centered Design (UCD) principles
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product design
• Strong proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
• Experience with motion/interaction tools like Rive
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of UCD principles and best practices
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving and design thinking
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Exposure to AI-assisted design workflows (Figma MCP, Claude, etc.)
• Passion for sports and fitness
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments
• Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
